Once you have received an active real estate license from the State of Michigan and are working with a Broker who is a Member of GKAR, you may apply for GKAR Membership. To get started, submit a completed application to Support@cjpk.net.

Along with your active license and completed application, there is a $500 application fee that is due along with the prorated annual Membership dues. Membership dues for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Michigan REALTORS® (MR), and GKAR are listed below. Payment must be made online by credit/debit card within three business days of initial review of application.

After your application is processed, you will be automatically registered for the next New Member Orientation. If you have any questions about the Membership application process, please email Support@cjpk.net.
After completion of all sessions, your application will be reviewed for approval by our Board of Directors, at their monthly meeting.
Your Membership will be announced in the Bearings (our monthly GKAR Newsletter)! You can now take advantage of your GKAR Member Benefits and voting privileges.
